Social and economic role play is a core feature of this game, and all players are encouraged to create a character in order to fully immerse themselves in the world.

This will give you the full rundown on the rules, scenario, roles, the new and unique mechanics in play, and the local laws. There is one page in the ruleset of penal codes explicitly identified as the in-game laws that can be broken as part of gameplay, all other rules must be followed.
Sign up as a Citizen to be free to choose your own adventure in the open world and engage with the economy and factions through legal or illegal means. Citizens have the ability to run businesses to help earn money, or can work for other companies and organizations. A limited number of business slots are available per game, you can reach out to Admin@GunGamersProductions.com to apply for a business license. Running a business with a physical location often requires you to spend a significant amount of time in one location, we recommend bringing friends along for the journey, or not running a business if you’d like to see more of the game world.
Sign up as Police to work as the hand of the local government and keep the peace. The Provincial Guard works within a chain of command and answers to the chief, who decides justice and is the arbitrator of legal matters brought before him. Provincial Guard are held to high standards, and are fiercely loyal to the newly reformed Almyrk government in Pnath.
Sign up as a member of the Almyrk Military to work as an enlisted member of a platoon conducting military operations in the Pnath region. This force is tasked with security from domestic and foreign threats. This faction focuses on maintaining strict unit cohesion and provides a familiar experience for those who have been to GGP force-on-force style events. Participants will be expected to work with their chain of command to keep civilians in the region safe from various threats.

Much of the pre-event planning and role play takes place on the Gun Gamers Productions Discord, which will have planning channels for the game. You can also use the links embedded in the Event Primer to apply for your business license and weapons permit, and you will receive administrative updates via email.

The Situation:
After a civilian uprising last year helped oust Gojyrian royal authorities from the area formerly known as the Pnath Forward Logistics Center, the Pnath province has once again been occupied by the Almyrk Republic. After years of bloodshed and with Almyrk forces suffering heavily across the front though, the re-annexation has become increasingly unpopular within the Republic’s congress. This, along with other disagreements about the broader war effort have divided the government. With various corporate forces jockeying to secure their influence, political analysts believe the situation within the Almyrk government to be extremely tenuous. Yet, the only thing more unpopular than decontaminating and rebuilding Pnath is letting the Gojyrians have it back.
Meanwhile, the chemical weapon attack by Gojyrian extremists during the civilian uprising has led to serious health complications for anyone living in Pnath. Toxic yellow clouds and residue cause lingering respiratory issues and exotic cancers. A novel medication, Lithicol, is available to alleviate these issues, but its cost is astronomical and the supply is controlled entirely by private suppliers in bed with the Almyrk government. Long -term contaminant exposure has made the Gojyrian settlers and Almyrk native residents completely dependent on this medication, and the companies managing decontamination and reconstruction efforts take full advantage of this fact. There are grumblings of unionization and worker revolt, but many see the current situation as an opportunity to advance their station rather than practice solidarity.
To keep order, the new Pnath police force acts with support from the Almyrk military, but military forces are rotated frequently to support the war effort elsewhere and avoid long term dependence on medication. As a result, the police and military are stretched thin. This has left the door open for incursions of Gojyrian agitators, various smugglers, and worse. Deserters from both sides of the border have made Pnath their home and take advantage of the desperate situation to take what they want and victimize whoever gets in their way.
With the region on the brink, the very balance of power within the Almyrk Republic may be at stake.

Saturday 8:00AM - Check In & Chronograph Open. Players can move into the playing area to set up businesses and residences as soon as they complete check in.
Saturday 11:00AM - Game Briefing. Game will be on as soon as the game briefing concludes.
Saturday 11:30AM - Sunday 2:00PM - Continuous gaming.
Sunday 2:00PM - Game Over. After the game ends, all players must fully tear down and clean up their businesses and residences before leaving the field.
The Factions:
Citizens - Almyrk Republic Citizens, Kingdom of Gojyria Citizens, or Foreign/Unaffiliated Citizens. Citizens must secure housing through gameplay
Police - Local Provincial Guard who work within a chain of command to answer to the local Chief. Police are expected to act in the interest of the government and are provided housing.
Almyrk Military - Members of the Almyrk armed forces who work under a military chain of command to keep the region safe from armed enemies. Members of this faction should have all the gear they need to sustain themselves and sleep outside during the event.
